I’ve never had to do anything like this before but we are hoping to add a drive and dropped kerb to our property so needed a location plan. I found the website so easy to use and the service was quick. I paid to be able to make alterations and I realised I’d done the map to the wrong scale, I called them and the lovely lady I spoke to said she’d get a manager to call me back to help sort it. They called back soon after and it was all sorted in minutes. As someone doing the process for the first time it was quite stressful so I was very grateful to have really kind people being so helpful. Thank you!
