I rang today and spoke to Chris. I explained that I was not a potential client as I was just worried about a member of family becoming redundant due to the possible potential of a company going into voluntary liquidation. Chris had no hesitation in explaining things to me and put my mind at rest. He was kind and courteous to an 87 year old lady and asked for no payment so thankyou Chris.
