Wow!
Had issue uploading evidence making an online claim and via post was not appealing. Contacted customer service and, Nicola Williamson Customer Service Advisor was truly amazing! She invited me to send forms and evidence to her by email and she will progress this on my behalf, did this at 13:30 and at 16:20 the same day I had an email from her confirming claim was processed and payment will clear in my account within 3-5 days. I kid you not! Very happy customer
