They are the worst dental insurance company I’ve ever encountered.
They don’t explain the hoops you have to jump through to get your first claim paid. My first claim has so far taken 2 weeks and still isn’t sorted. I sent all the proof required to my initial contact only to be told after chasing that they’re off on long term sick. I have to go through it all again.
I won’t be renewing my policy.
