Having done 2 tests out of the 6 required, I can honestly say it could not have been easier from start to finish. The telephone staff were helpful, courteous and explained the whole process from start to finish. The drop-in centre I go to is less than 5 miles away as they have them in so many cities, and the guys there are also very professional and easy to work with. The email report they send me about 2 working days after the test is exactly what we needed and all in all I would say they have been one of the most professional services I have dealt with. I would certainly use them again if needed!
