First contact was with Vicky who was most helpful, explaining what UFH could and could not do. This was followed by a site visit from Brad to survey the underfloor heating, after which a further early visit was fixed to repair the fault. This was done very quickly and efficiently.
I was kept informed of progress all the way, and I was most satisfied with UFH's performance. I thought the cost was reasonable.
