Initially I was a bit sceptical about UFH's customer reviews I read when searching on the web for somebody to fix out broken underfloor heating - they seemed a bit too good to be true. But having got in touch with them and seen for myself quite how 5-star their start-to-finish service actually is, I am delighted to join the line of enthusiastic recommenders. Vicky is a pleasure to deal with on the phone -clear, to the point, helpful - and the engineer who came (on time) was brisk, efficient, customer-friendly (and tidy) in getting the problem sorted quickly and without fuss or mess.
