I had been so worried about my broken underfloor heating and the potential hassle and expense of the repair work. Doug was able to find the fault and complete the repair so quickly in just a couple of hours. There was barely any disruption, my children were able to continue to get ready for school as normal. It was just so much easier and quicker than I was expecting. Doug took photos throughout to prove that the fault was with the builders who installed the heating and the subsequent report will enable me to claim back the cost of the repair.
