I couldn’t find anyone in Yorkshire to come and investigate my problem bathroom floor. I contacted UFH never thinking they would come from Kent. Within a few days of my enquiry, Vicky offered me a slot as Brad would be passing through Leeds. He was brilliant. Located the problem immediately, fixed it, tidied up and went on his way. I have been so impressed with this company and now need to find someone to retile. If only UFH had tilers!! Excellent service with a smile.
