I was very fortunate to be offered a cancellation within 2/3 working days of making contact. The repair was done on time and took less than an hour. It was very straightforward and was tested as working. The testing is amazing and narrows the fault down to one tile, hence minimal floor repair post visit. Price seemed very reasonable and less than I had expected.
