The technician arrived and within minutes located 2 spots / 2 matts that failed to operate. The cut into the floor was minimal. He instructed the carpenter how to cut through and rewired the matts to the circuit breaker.
All was done professionally, and the wooden tiles were reinstalled perfectly.
Bottom line - outstanding service, and very professional.
