so glad i found UFH services,fitted a heating mat,did all the checks,after the tiler had left did a final check and was horrified it showed a fault,after a desperate search of google i came across UFH,i contacted them feeling sure i would be told it was a lost cause, after speaking to Vicky and her explanation on what they could do to help me,i felt a little calmer ,Vicky quoted me a price which was far cheaper than ripping up a tiled floor and a date was booked for repair. Brad the engineer turned up as agreed, he explained what would happen,i was still skeptical that he could narrow it down to an area the size of a 50p piece,but he did,and showed me exactly where the tiler had caught the cable, within an hour the tile was removed and the fault fixed,i was amazed by the kit,he allowed me to roam the floor with the thermal camera and i could see all floor areas were heating up.All mess was cleaned up and area left spotless.
