The customer service on live chat is amazing. I am updating my website and had questions about design layouts, fonts, icons and etc. I am not sure how the "request edits" feature is supposed to help. I requested edits about 3 days ago and UENI says it takes about 3 working days to address the edits, but I needed answers and edits immediately. So, I tried the live chat instead and Jessica (customer service rep.) quickly responded to and understood my requests. She was on standby whenever I had questions and directed me to another team when the edits, she made based on my request were not showing up on the live website. UENI is a great website builder and Jessica was pleasant and very helpful.
