I'm in the process of upgrading/updating my UENI website but has some questions about the editing process. I did not have to wait long to connect with Ellie via UENI chat. I expressed concern on how to change my business name and email and wanted additional assistance. Ellie quickly communicated that because I signed up for the UNEI Launch Plan, I would receive an email on how to initiate the editing process and also receive a one-on-one call session with an advisor who will help me finalize all editing updates for my website. I was appreciative of Ellie's professionalism and timely response.
