Quote you for insurance, take the payment, then try to scan you by saying your address is “low verification” and the insurance will be £1000 more! When you then cancel, they tell you 30 working days for a refund! Massive hold times, managers promise call backs that don’t come, call staff are rude, literally couldn’t get any worse. Complaint lodged with FCA and ombudsman
