GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE After applying online over the weekend, I received a call on Monday morning from Assad confirming my details, checking that they were correct, and explaining to me all the details that I needed to know. They said they would check and get back to me. Asaad then called me in the afternoon, confirming my details all over again, speaking politely, and explaining to me in detail my insurance policies. Asaad took his time to explain to me in detail and give me some other best options about my insurance to add on if I wanted to,which he explained to me in detail also.I am happy with the insurance company and the level of customer service provided.
