Really disappointed with this insurance. I updated my address they did not ask any documentation, they charged me 234£ for it, days later after taking the money they said they need documentation to update it,send documentation, no answer whatsoever, called the broker to check some information Mulsane”” they haven’t to this day update my address with their broker, I had reported an incident and have proof for it, now they saying I hadn’t. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT LIABLE COMPANY, SEEMS LIKE A SCAM, PAY SOMEONE A BIT OR EVEN A LOT MORE THAN USING “CLOSEBROTHERS” UDRIVE”
