I'm new buy insurance from Udrive, unfortunately, I have had a bad experience with their service. When I received the 1st proposal from their CS, they said the insurance cost is more higher as i'm a new driver. I designed to cancel with this higher cost, 1 day after, i re-instate the cover with udrive because of some reason. However, none of their CS advised that there has a re-instatement charge until i received their text message on 8/3 that they said i have a overdue payment £650. That's impossible that they incur this charge on customer without any notice, this is not a small amount and not possible to afford this charge. No mentioned in verbally or receive any email from their side, that's unfair to customer. This issue makes me depressed because of this huge amount. They also claimed that my policy only valid for 7 days starting i receive the 1st SMS message, this is ridiculous that they cancel my policy by 7 days notice. I'm waiting for their response on my case but i'm not happy with this service.
