Wanted to cancel policy on one car and set up new policy on another. Expected a long-winded phone call and obstacles to deal with e.g. info required I hadn't got or didn't know but Paul Onabajo made it all go off very smoothly and simply and didn't make me feel like a dinosaur because of being older and not very techno savvy. He was a pleasure to deal with.
