If i could score no stars i would. Customer service has been absolutely appalling from the first instance. I paid in full and then told i had to pass some validation checks never heard of these before. And due to moving home 3weeks prior the quote went up by double they neglected to inform me of this untill the day my policy was due to start which meant i was not covered on my commute to work luckily i did not have any accidents. After reducing the quote still left me with more to pay and then told my policy wouldnt start untill midnight (i was at work 15miles from home). They then agreed to cover me to drive home between 5pm -7pm but i wasnt covered if i had an accident what is the cover then? Allowing me to drive my own vehicle at my risk???? I own it i can do that without permission from them. Finally got told i was cover between 5pm-7pm even if i had an accident still very confused how this works. Was told id recieve a cover note nothing appears so call them again 45mins later told there was issues with emails and i was insured and there call centre was open should i have problems on route home ( not filled with confidence) customer service absolutely shocking. Requested a copy of complaints procedure which i still havent recieved. Dont purchase avoid at all costs im regretting my decision.
