If you want an insurance company that takes your money tells you you can’t drive your vehicle until someone get back in touch with you, to then have them cancel your policy 4 hours after paying for it and steal £75 for a cancellation fee for a policy that wasn’t active might I add, seeing as I was told I wasn’t legal on the road until someone called me back to confirm the policy was up and running. Then this is the company for you. Otherwise find another insurance company guys because this company is nothing but a bunch of thieves. The financial ombudsman have been informed of your actions.
