My account was suspended due to what they claim as too many refund requests. I have made refund request true, I get a lot of missing food. I order a lot, big family and a good 40% of the time an item or three is missing from the order.
So instead of actually giving the feedback to the restaurant that they deliver missing food. Uber eats decides to punish the customer instead. I could of provided evidence, but they obviously chose to not even ask me.
I will be using other companies and letting my family do the same.
this is utterly ridiculous and offensive.
