I was told when taking the container that I would be emailed details of how to set up a direct debit to pay. The details did not come, so I emailed on a couple of occasions to request them with no response. After this, I rang on a weekend to request them. I was told by the person who answered that they were out of hours support but that they would request for the details to be sent to me on the following Monday. Nothing came.
I then received a letter saying that the site would be moving the following week, and if I took no action, then my container would be moved along with the unsecured contents inside. As I had only had the container for 5 weeks at this point, the company would have known about this move when I first rented it, and yet did not say anything.
As I had to empty the container prior to transfer in order to ensure my property wasn't damaged during the move, I decided that I would transfer to another container company. I would rate the new company as 5*.
