Dissapointing to find that the garage contacted us directly to say the slot booked on your website was not available so now we will have to take the car in my working hours. ..what is the point of having a booking system on your website that the garage ignores??
Not sure if we will use again as time is more precious...than 20quid cheaper tyres.....
