It would appear from my experience that you are unable to actually book the appointment that you say is booked with Formula 1. When I arrived for my fitting they had no idea as to who I was or why I was there. The tyres had not arrived.
They booked me in for the fitting the next day and the fitting was carried out professionally and in a timely fashion.
