Only complaints are that it’s really hard to get hold of customer services; seem to be on hold for an age before anyone answers, if at all, and secondly a bit more communication on the process of the order would be welcome. After placing the order I didn’t know anything about the delivery until the morning of arrival; was fortuitous that I was going to be in to collect the delivery. Two small points to solve, but would make a massive difference to the comfort in buying from a lesser-known company.
