I placed an order on 1st April for 9th April 4-8pm. Paid for the slot. I recieved text and email confirmations the night before and the morning of the tyre replacement. At 7:53pm i called to chase my order and was told my tyre hadnt been delivered and i could be rebooked for Tuesday. I was due to travel the Sunday morning, was left with no car, and left to find an emergency solution. Eventually the depot called me as they had obtained a tyre which I was grateful for, however, the experience was not necessary. If i had been informed the tyre was not available i could have arranged an alternative or not travelled 95miles to get to my cars location. This was poor.
