Osmotic power unit was received within 48 hours of placing the order.
Upon receipt my electrician discovered the fault lay with a broken earth wire, previously ruled out. The wire was repaired and my own power unit worked.
I contacted Twistfix who agreed to the return of the ordered unit to the Hapton address. I took the unit to the address.
Service throughout was very good.
