Excellent product choice; favourable pricing and excellent delivery. What more could one ask for?
Well, this unusual courtesy was made without any request ........... I made one order then subsequently made another, accepting the inevitable double delivery charge but "No", twistfix spotted it and phoned to tell me they would refund one of the delivery charges.
Not a service one expects nowadays but definitely a reason to remember the company.
