After booking I received confirmation. A couple of days later I was asked to confirm the details again by email and I was telephoned once to confirm details. I got the impression they wanted to do a good job and make sure everything was correct. This pick up was for my elderly parents so I didn't want them to have any hassle. They were met promptly and taken to the car. Would use again.
