Very impressed with the service, Shaun the engineer, was very knowledgeable. He explained everything to us, he took photos of the component that needed changing (it was very corroded and had a nest of spiders living in it) when Shaun took the component off, he wanted us to see how bad it was.
When he got the tv up and running again, he took the time to show us how we could get a better picture, by using a different method of connection. Also how to take advantage of some features we didn’t know we had 😆. Very very impressed. Would highly recommend.
