We spent a lot of time looking for the right removal company and received a number of quotes but from the first time that we dealt with Ed from Trux, we decided this was the company to go with. When Ed came over, he went through the process and advised us on some concerns we had - he was very approachable and very helpful Following the visit, we received the quote which I followed up with Ed and again he was really helpful. Even when we needed more boxes, Ed and his team provided us with this without any questions Trux was also the only company that didn’t try to charge us more for dismantling our ottoman beds. On the day of moving, Ed and his team turned up early in the morning and just got on with the job - they helped us move all our belongings from our old house to the new house and nothing was too much for them and they delivered on everything they committed to if not more!
