I have just renewed my insurance for another year. During this time I had to make two claims. They paid direct to the hospital after around 1 week but I had to pay first then the hospital refunded me. All was good and I cannot find another company who offers so much in respect of service. I have two pre conditions and they have started a snew medical screening system for this whereby you are covered as long as your declare. You do have to pay a little extra but I thought well worth the money. Overall I am very happy and the pricing is hard to beat for the cover.
