I tried multiple providers for my planned trip to the Caribbean and South America for 7 months. I seemed to be hugely penalised for being 60, (god forbid) and for having a couple of ailments. Thankfully the process of getting insured through Truetraveller was not only a simpler process but it was also more flexible and way cheaper than all of the other options that I had tried. TBH I had almost given up my research when I stumbled across them. Great value and great service when I did phone up to clarify a couple of points.
