Much easier system for applying for travel insurance than before, when you had to speak to a medical adviser for medical screening. System for claiming more streamlined and less comprehensive form-filling.
Did have some issues in the past with US hospital consistently pestering for payment of bills that were covered by insurance. Not encountered that lately.
