The service from TrophyMaster, overall, exceeded my expectation. There was a short delay in shipping the product vs their initial estimate however it was still within the target date which I specified and I was impressed that I was informed of the minor change. The engravings were accurate and the products well protected for shipping. I would definitely deal with TrophyMaster again
