Overall, the service was very good/efficient and the trophies we selected, competitively priced. They looked of good quality and arrived well packaged, so none damaged.
Just one small point to raise is that on a couple of the bases, the finish of the plaque edges didn't seem to be cut particularly well and in a couple of instances, the metallic plaques were not stuck to the bases at all of their edges.
