I have purchased cases from Trifibre before and have been very pleased with them. On this occasion, I was looking for a suitable replacement foam insert to fit a case I bought elsewhere, but felt uncomfortable re-mortgaging my house to buy. After contacting Trifibre to see if they had what I needed, the incredible Lorna came to my resue and went above and beyond to find the right match for me. Turns out, what I needed wasn't even on their website yet, so she not only managed to sort the right foam, she got it uploaded so I could buy it!
