Fairly happy with the product (a Christmas tree box). It could have been a tiny bit thicker plastic maybe because the box bulged at the sides after I managed to get my tree into the box but it did the job reasonably well. My tree is the required length to fit in the size of box I ordered but it’s an unusually thick tree so maybe that didn’t help. I loved the fact that the box has wheels so easy to transport. It has a handle on one end which also helped drag it along. It could do with a handle on the side as well because I found it difficult to lift through my patio doors (I keep it in the shed). But these are small grumbles really. I did have a problem with ordering as tried to use coupons to get money off from several online companies and none of them worked which was just a huge waste of time. However a very nice man from the company emailed me (after I sent a ranting email to them 😡) and gave me a bit of money off which I thought was very good customer service.
