As others have expressed, I was a little cautious on the first approach from Caroline Cooper from Treethorpe, as it came out of the blue, concerning the death of a relative of whom I was previously unaware.
However, throughout the process, Caroline struck the right balance between formality, compassion and expediency. I was kept informed of progress, with all communication timely and friendly.
