Horrendous!
Tree arrived 3days after the delivery date. No refund on next day delivery premium. Offered free delivery on next order. When I won’t be ordering again.
Tree finally arrived with the cardboard looking like it had been kicked down the path, out the van and around the warehouse.
Customer service emails were dismissive and unhelpful as they stated that it was going to be investigated with DPD.
Do not order from this company.
