The rose tree I ordered was not delivered but I wasn’t notified. I had to ask the family who I had bought it for if it had arrived as thought it odd that they hadn’t acknowledged the gift.
I have been offered another delivery date but after Christmas when I had ordered in plenty of time. The response to my complaint was prompt.
