The delivery company turned up in a van with a tail lift that did not have the capacity to unload the weight that was contained in the crate. the driver then told my wife she would have to unload the contents until it was light enough to use the tail lift 8 tiles were broken in the crate and the adhesive bags were far to heavy for my wife to lift and the driver refused to help
