Was unable to travel because of illness. Found it hard to talk to someone and found online form difficult to fill out.
Phone call received from company following review only to be put on hold and told advisors were busy and would call back in next day or two.
Initial form downloaded is apparently wrong and need a different form and information from airline. It seems this is a difficult process with no clear guidance on how to submit a claim correctly. Very disappointing service.
