I did the AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner courses, both online. I found the lectures hard to follow / the content dry - consisted of slides of information, some basic animations, and voiceover. The Practitioner lectures were particularly bad as it was just someone reading a page of information. I ended up stopping the Practitioner lectures halfway, and reading the Agile Handbook, for the exam. The online lectures were not helpful at all to me. I’ve previously done online courses where the online content was a recording of a tutor, so it was really engaging and felt like you were in the classroom. Next time, I would make sure the online course has this sort of teaching style. I found the company, Training ByteSize, quite professional, so this was positive. They were however slow to respond and needed prompting, and tutors were not helpful/ didn’t respond to questions I needed help with before the exam so I asked for a refund for this service.
