This was a brilliant introduction to project management for me as a relative novice to the area. Callum was thorough and knowledgeable throughout the theory sessions, providing clear examples to help support learning and understanding. Online learning can be challenging and tiring but this was managed well through multiple short sessions each day. Although the prospect of completing a formal exam at the end of the two days seemed initially quite daunting, I felt suitably prepared for this by the end of Day 2 and achieved the desired outcome! I'm looking forward to seeing how I can implement the theory learnt into practice from now on. Thanks to Callum, Molly and the wider Training ByteSize team for a great learning experience!
