I 'gifted' some first aid training for school staff so they could up-skill themselves to enhance cover at school during the Covi-19 school openings. I was very surprised to find they had to pay £3.99 at the end of the training to get a digital certificate. This extra cost information wasn't obvious to me on the site when I bought the product. One teacher had no credit card on her today so I used mine to enable her to get her digital certificate. When the certificate arrived it was in my name and not hers, even though she had done the training I'd gifted it to her. I strongly feel that this additional payment should be made very clear to busy people working in hard times! The fact that my teacher's certificate has my name on it, now makes it a little pointless in terms of proof of completion. I am told the actual training is good quality but this has taken the shine off what looked a great product, hence the acceptable review.
