Third time renewing my Paediactric First Aid certificate with Train Aid and this time opted for the 12 hour course, completing part of it on line and 6 hours practical at a centre in B'ham. Online was easy to navigate through. On the day of the practical, there was a small group of us which I found much better as the trainer was able to ensure and assess that each of us were carrying out procedures correctly. The videos used in both sections were very informative. I also now feel confident in being able to use a defibrillator as we had hands on experience. Andy, the trainer was excellent. I will continue to update my certificates through Train Aid.
