From the moment I stepped into the room I was made to feel comfortable. The person delivering the training knew their subject, made sure everyone was involved and kept us informed of what was happening/expected throughout the three days of the course. They were always happy to help with any queries we had, and even put aside time at the end of each day to "catch-up" with each attendee individually to make sure we were happy and knew what was expected.
