I really enjoyed my Train Aid course - such a lot was packed into a few days. The trainer was brilliant and really made sure that everyone was engaged throughout. Although the majority of my training takes place online, I now feel equipped to make improvements to our online offering and when we do conduct face to face training, I am confident that my trainees will benefit from my Train Aid course.
